At publication, these are ordinary retailer links without our affiliate tracking identifiers. Wendy Lookbook is not currently earning an affiliate commission through those links. A retailer's appearance on the site does not imply an approved affiliate partnership or endorsement by that retailer.
If affiliate links are introduced
We may apply to affiliate programmes as the publication develops. If an approved programme is activated, clearly identified affiliate links may allow Wendy Lookbook to earn a commission on qualifying purchases. Where a link is eligible, an appropriate disclosure will appear near the relevant shopping content and this page will be updated. The commission would generally be paid by the retailer or programme; current purchase terms should always be checked with the retailer.
How shopping coverage is chosen
Editorial usefulness comes first: the occasion, fit considerations, practical limitations and alternatives matter more than simply adding another item to a basket. We do not describe a product as personally tested without stating the basis of that testing. A shopping suggestion is an invitation to compare, rather than a promise that a product will suit every reader.
Any paid sponsorship or gifted product accepted for coverage will be identified in the relevant article. At launch, articles contain no paid sponsored placements. Commercial relationships will not be presented as independent firsthand experience.
